This is why I will you give you your calories calculated specifically for you and your goals. You get... - 24 hour support (clients are always responded to first before anybody else) - Accountability each week with check ins (photos, scales or and measurements) - If you hit a plateua, calories/macros or training is adjusted - Calories and macros calculated (proteins, carbs and fats) - I'll make sure your relationship with food stays healthy & we will address & try to overcome any bad relationships with food - Nutrition is taught with the 80/20 rule (how you can incorporate healthy & non healthy foods into your everyday life - Use the app to input your food, water and exercise for the day. This is how you will track your calories - Online chat so ask any questions or talk about any worries you may have - Workouts included that are tailored specifically to you.
